Bought my first new car here. Recommended my girlfriend stop in because I had been treated right. They treated her so rudely and unprofessional I will not be bringing my business back. We’re going to a different Chevy dealership for our needs now. Lost a loyal customer trying to play games. Viola made her feel unwanted, lied about inventory clearly listed online, and quoted a price with warranties when we clearly said we didn’t want them. For some people this is their biggest decision and purchase. To be disregarded and ignored is honestly shameful.

They were going to charge me almost 700 for a repair until I mentioned "Isn't that under warranty?", suddenly it was just getting fixed at no cost. Pretty shady when you have to tell them about their own programs. I also had to go back 3 times over the next 6 months for the same issue and I kept getting told that they install the parts, they don't make them. Thank God it was no cost to me but it was inconvenient.
Our current hours are Monday & Thursday 8:30 am - 9 pm. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm. Saturday 8:30 am - 4 pm and closed on Sunday.
