What cigars did you get? I've been buying from them for several years, never had an issue.

You need a new company, I have had trouble with ci twice, that sent me elsewhere. You sent those back and change companies
Yes they will. Stay as far away from cigars international as possible awful company!
The bugs are a good thing overall, at least you'll know that your cigars are not being sprayed with chemicals...
