1st timer here at this location. Just an overall satisfying experience. They had security a security escort who greets you from outside. He checked my ID and Card and opened the door for me. I was then greeted by an awesome man named TJ! He was just so positive and helpful through the process. Alot of places I went to, they don't even hardly acknowledge you or say bye but I walked in and out of this place being treated so kindly. This new spot is so convenient and saves me a 30-45 minute trip to the other side of town! Definitely will be my new spot! ***updated review. 8/19/22: I'm pretty much not going to go back unless I really need. I feel like they pick and choose what kind of what discounts you can and cannot use. For instance, I get a % off for being in the medical field and I also racked up a good amount of loyalty points that I wanted to use for a good purchase. I went today to utilize both discounts and was told that I can only choose one or the other. What?! Iplenty of times i went and they allowed me to utilize both! Its discouraging when each person is not on the same page. Its like they automatcially give you a NO. Meanehile your SITE doesnt say anything about racking discounts. You can go to Keystone and they ASK YOU IF YOU WANT TO USE YOUR DISCOUNT IN ADDITION TO YOUR LOYALTY POINTS. What's the point being loyal?
