Two years in a row I shopped this store at Halloween time, both times they had a costume on a hook that had a price listed. When getting to the register the price is twice the amount. It’s an error on the management part not honoring the price. There is no other costume in the store the same, to have a valid reason why they would not honor the price. HORRIBLE Customer Service! Very unfriendly staff. It’s not the idea of the price, it’s the lack of customer service not once, but twice. I will never return to this store again!

I ordered balloons for my wedding.I took 50 minutes to untangle the mess they were in. The manager Doug really had a bad attitude.I went in to party city on Monday for supply for my wedding and I asked him a question and he line totally snapped at me. Whitehall party city was a lot better experience.
