Why do my newly arrived Java Mint (Drew Estate) cigars say on packaging?....."AVAILABLE FOR SALE IN UNITED STATES ONLY".....Is there something in the tobacco I should know about?

Most other countries have stricter laws about cigar packaging and tougher warning labels. It has nothing to do with the tobacco.
