I’ve been a loyal customer for about 6 years now. Been disappointed in the lower quality/quantity of treats at vegan treats since the pandemic. Every time I go for soft serve, they are always out of a flavor I want and if you go later in the day, they have very very limited selection of treats. I miss the charm of the establishment before they got a makeover and the prices seemingly were raised. Not to mention, the times I do go to vegan treats, I tend to find the staff unprofessional and or disorganized in a sense. One time I went for soft serve and called before I left to go to make sure the flavors were still available (because every time I go they run out) and I walked in the establishment to order and the employee served herself the last bit of the soft serve flavors right as I got there and then when they tried to fulfill my soft serve order, they were out. The employees were kind of laughing about it and tried to offer me a “mystery flavor” of soft serve that was in the back freezer from who knows how long ago.

I LOVE this place. They did my little wedding cake back in May and I'm hooked. Everything is vegan so you can order anything and not worry which I love.

Great place, great price of all the items. Love it! Came all the way from Ohio and Maryland to try this place. 10/10 will visit again!

UPDATE ON SHIPPING: I ended up forgoing the dry ice and just taking the frozen goodies to UPS. They package it for you, yay! It not only got to Florida perfectly, even made it on time (a couple days...overnight isn't necessary) as hurricane Ian was passing through. They were thrilled as it's her favorite vegan goodie place and misses it so. END OF UPDATE. Purchased a couple of things to send to my daughter in law (she made a post asking her PA family to send a care package lol) The manager was a great help with choices and thoughts on how to send them. Her employee I also talked to was very nice. The manager told me you can freeze their items, excellent for shipping. (These cute lil gems are heading to Florida) Some dry ice and frozen goodies should make it... I'll call and let them know how everything turned out. Very nice shop, will definitely be back.

I think that if you would like a certain item at Vegan treats that you could call ahead of time
We also take credit.
Vegan Treats offers a few gluten-free options but haven't seen anything sugar-free
On my last visit, they had a tray of samples. I don't know if that is a regular feature. In regards to the quality of the deserts, they are out of this world. I am vegan and really enjoy their deserts, but I also buy them for non-vegans, and they are always surprised and pleased!
I believe that they are.
Yes, call in your order, pay with credit card, vegan treats will give you a pick up number for your order. When you arrive for pick-up, call vegan treats and they will bring out your order and place it on the table in front on the store.
Hmm truly not sure. I can ask around or look for you. I do know they have GF pastries.
https://www.vegantreats.com/ Right on their website.
Call the store for answers. They make many products with many ingredients
We typically deliver for larger events or weddings. There is a fee based on mileage.
No I'm not. Sorry
It's best to order all custom cakes at least three days in advance. Thank you!
You would have to contact them! They make almost everything but I don't know that specifically
You can order select things from their website, but the lovely cakes and such are only sold from their storefront and many many cafes across the Eastern seaboard.
I know that when they make noise they use soy products
Whole30 diets, by definition, don't allow you to eat baked goods. Better that you seek out fresh fruit from Elias market if you're serious about all natural desserts. Good luck.
Yes
I use the MyFitnessPal app to log all my food. Type it in and use the cake that is the average of all the selections
