My father is in need of help paying his electric bill and mortage he is a senior citizen on a fixed income through social security disability. I am try to find help for him he lives in New Haven Mi . Is there any one you can recommend to help him.

Go to DHS and they can help you with your bills and if he doesn't have food stamps already you can open up a case and get more help for him there
