Do they still offer free breakfast and lunch to the homeless? If so what time is breakfast? Also, do they offer free clothing as well?

They serve lunch at noon, but not breakfast, other local churches/shelters do that. They do help with clothes yes, I believe in the form of a voucher for the thrift store.

Anyone who needs food can go to the salvation army and speak to a case worker. Dont believe it is area restricted. Call 211 if you need help with anything
