Same! Even after they sent 2 postcards and left 3 voicemails about the new pickup day, I haven't had my garbage picked up on that new day ONCE.

We also switched, to Waste In Time, they are so wonderful - on time, and they even put our recycle bins up at the house when it's windy! Still waiting for GFL to pick up our tote, been sitting there for weeks.
