Terrible service. Claim they have rules why they cannot pickup and leave full containers at the curb.

My area uses these guys for recycling. FOR THREE WEEKS they've refused to even touch my recycling bin. I am currently remodelling the place but I was able to catch them this morning, when I asked why they didn't take it, none of them would respond. No reason why they wouldn't, lid is completely closed and even I could lift the bin. Absolutely no reason to skip me. My taxes are being paid for this useless company to do nothing and there isn't a thing I can do about it. Absolutely unacceptable, find another company for your needs!

I just moved into my house that will be serviced by American Eagle Waste. I called last week, confirmed I was moving in and ALREADY PAID the bill for the next 3 months. Today, they came and took my trash can thinking that i was the tenant that moved out, not in. When I called to tell them that they took my trash can the response I received was this: oh yeah, sorry about that, we'll deliver a new one on Tuesday. Today is WEDNESDAY. I have to wait 6 days for a trash can for my family of FIVE and then my next pick up day isn't until the following Monday. So that's THIRTEEN DAYS worth of trash for a family of five plus extra stuff from moving in and unpacking. When I mentioned these things, the only thing the girls kept saying was "it's company policy." I'm all for supporting small family businesses but not when they're not willing to correct their own errors. What a joke.

If you set it along side your bin it won't be a problem.
you would have to call the company for that answer
No you would have to put that with the trash
I dont believe so for re residential they might for roll-off for commercial
Not in trash. It is considered a white good and has to be picked up separately.
No it is not.
Yes they will as trash
