Initially had problems with not picking up trash, but this has improved. They only pick up the recycling every other week, though this was never communicated to me.

This company is a joke. We pay for service and still no pick up. And when you call it takes a week to pick up and then they tell you that they will pick up trash and they don't. I have been told 3 times this week pick up will be today and you call and they tell you it got rescheduled. I just pulled my trash from curb yet again. So it's not making my place look trashing. My current bill is due. But they can not pick up trash like they are supposed to. This is a joke. Trash day is Friday and we now going in to Thursday. And still no trash pick up. Then they wanna charge for extra trash cause their people can't do their jobs.i don't think so will be calling again in the morning if I could give a half star I would..

What do I need to do in order to get the service and I’m paying for? Ever since your company took over Lebanon farms our trash is forgotten over and over again. The most recent event, I have left two supervisor voice mails and called 3 other times

Have never ever been a customer of a more dysfunctional company. Quite obvious they have no idea what they are doing. Just pick up the trash or find another business.

Why won't you pick up my trash ? I pay my bill every 3 months. I've had to call 3 weeks in a row. Pick it up today or I'll find someone else.

Had the same problem. Since they bought out Lebanon Farms Disposal I'm not happy with their service. Now I have to take my garbage to the front of my house which is a difficult task. Been here for 24 years and all others picked up in our alley. Hope to check into another company.

I live in Olde Stone Way. this is the second week in a row that my trash was not picked up on Friday. When will my garbage be collected?

Used to have two trucks pick up recycle and trash. Must be down to one now. Only today, trash was picked up but not recycle. Were we missed or did that one truck break down? Will pick up be tomorrow now or not at all? Less money???

I am moving to Lititz Reserve. I signed up for your service but now have been told by the HOA I have to cancel the contract. The whole community has a contract with another carrier. How do I cancel? How do I return the trash can? Thanks

Whatever they feel like it that week apparently. One time the federal holiday there is no trash pickup, the next time there is.

Hi - With Independence Day holiday on Wed, all our Wed pickups bump to Thurs, then Thurs pickups bump to Fri, and Fri pickups bump to Sat. Then on Mon, the regular weekly routine resumes. Thanks!

Recycling was missed 2 weeks in a row. I called 4 times my neighbor called 4 times. Each time we were told they would inform the supervisor and it would get picked up. Still out there for 12 days. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET THIS DONE?

No, it is to Waste Industries, a completely separate company. The reviews and service are abhorrent.
