I live in Middletown & our trash hauler is Penn Waste. My question to Penn Waste is why Penn Waste is not recycling the material the residents take the time to separate from the regular trash? We separate as required, but the trash hauler doesn't.

I witnessed a worker throwing regular trash into the recycle truck. It may have been an honest mistake. Just thought I would ask anyway. Thanks for responding back with an answer.
