Their billing department will not listen because they are always right! Even when the website says I have 1 payment due with no mention of late payment. Then they picked up the dumpster before due date and charged me for pickup. Then they wanted to charge for bringing it back. No matter what evidence I produced, the woman wouldn't listen. Ended my business with them forever. Don't go there, they'll rip you off! We were with them for 20 plus years. No loyalty in the billing department!

Well you call the office and tell them. That you put it out late. Sometimes they will just send the driver back to get it. Then other times, (especially for the people that call in all the time) they will charge them extra to go back and get it. But carts are suppose to be out by 7am. Don't rely on the drivers always here by time. Because that can change, depending on who's running the route

No, they aren't recyclable. At least not at our facility
Yes, when there is a holiday they always run a day later. Whenever holiday falls on. Just classify that day as a off day. Like Say this week being the 4th of july on Wednesday. Since we were off. Trash picks back up on Thursday for the Wednesday routes, an so on.
