Never have I had a trash pick up service work so hard to not pick up the trash. Last time I was told they only take what's in containers. This time I'm told the yard waste is too tall. Good thing they are cheap. You get what you pay for

I had both Waste Link and Air Capital before they merged, and was very happy with both. When they merged, they went downhill fast. They will not pick up extra stuff now, saying it is oversized, when I have measured and it is within the parameters they gave. I will be finding someone that will do what they say and not change things on a whim. I also got attitude from the worker when I asked why they wouldn't take my trash. This isn't the first time I've had issues since they merged either. In response to the owner. I was told by your staff that they could take anything up to 4' across. The object in question is 6" less than that. If you can't take those sized items, don't tell people that you can!

Driver dumped his dumpster in front of my house left trash everywhere and refused to pick it up. Worst trash service in town hands down I have nothing but problems with waste link/ air capital. I called the office about it the lady laughed and was very rude. Also left multiple oil spots all over the street in front my home as well. No it was because your driver had his little bin over full before he dumped it into the back 100% I watched it. I posted the pictures I will never ever call you guys again your office is extremely rude and you offer terrible service.

I can't in good conscience recommend this company for trash and recycle service. I have called them numerous times for no pick up and they have taken at least multiple days to come out after forgetting to service our whole neighborhood. Having to fight the wind just to keep our trash out so they might pick it up is the last straw. Wednesday 4/6/2022 6:30pm and still no pick up from Monday. Update 4/7/2022 12:40pm- still have trash sitting outside my house- If the truck was delayed yesterday why did my neighbors across the street get their trash picked up on Wednesday? (2 days late-as I told Lisa). Update 4/7/2022 3:30pm Trash was picked up after a 3 day wait.

Hi, Teckla! Please place your cart with the handle facing the driveway/house. Feel free to set your cart in your driveway or grass, but please make sure it’s out by 6 AM each service day (we suggest setting it out the night before, so there’s no chance of missing the truck). Please be sure the cart is within 2 feet of the street, and not blocked by any cars parked on the street, or too close to a mailbox or tree - anything that would hinder the automated arm on the trash truck being able to pick the cart up. If you have any other questions, please contact our office. Thank you - have a great day!
Hi, Jackie! We're sure you were able to get in touch with us long ago, when this question was first posted, but we wanted to let everyone know - our phone system has been updated, and we've added a couple CSRs to our team, so callers should be able to speak to one of our team members when they call. On busy days (such as the first of the month, when payments are due, or the 5th of the month, when we run our courtesy phone calls reminding people their payments are past-due) wait times might be slightly higher, but please leave a voicemail, because we return all voicemails left before 4 PM on the same day. Thanks for your time - have a great day!
Hi B Howe! Alex is correct. You are an A week recycling pick up. To view the new recycling calendar online, please use the link below. https://www.aircapitalwaste.com/pdfs/ACWWL-recycle-calendar-2019-2020.pdf

Never has for me the few times I called. They claim to have no contact with the drivers.
Hi, Wanda! We're sure your question was answered long ago when you first posted it, but just in case others are wondering, we'll answer here, too: Customers who have the 95-gallon trash cart (the bigger one) are allowed up to 10 additional bags each week. Customers who have the smaller, 65-gallon trash cart are only allowed what will fit *inside* the cart. Thanks for your time - have a great day!
We had this problem multiple times. Call them Monday, pretty sure they don't respond to anything in here. If your bill is due they will continue to run up your bill and not pick up your trash or their dumpster. One of the reasons we cancelled service with them. Good luck.
When is your bill due? If you are even a week late they still still leave it on the curb and continue running up your bill until you call them to figure out what the situation is. That's one of the reasons that we cancelled service with them. Best bet is to just call them as soon as you can. Doubt they will look at questions on here very often.
Hi, Deb! We're sure your question was answered long ago when you first posted it, but just in case others are wondering, we'll answer here, too: The only holidays when we DON'T run trucks are Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. All other holidays will be normal route-days. During the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, the customers on or after those days will be pushed back one service day. For instance - the week of Thanksgiving, Thursday customers will be picked up on Friday, and Friday customers will be picked up on Saturday. Thanks for your time - have a great day!
Hi, J - we're sure your question was answered awhile ago, when it was first posted, but we're leaving an answer now, just in case others have the same question. No, the number on the trash cart is not your account number. Your account number can be found at the top of your invoice. Thanks for your time - have a great day!
Hi, Kat! We're sure your question was answered long ago, when the question was first posted, but just in case others have the same question - Yes, your service can be put into "Vacation Mode." We have several customers that spend their winters in other locations, or that travel for extended amounts of time, and it's a very convenient option to have available! The hold must be longer than two weeks. Please call or email our office at least a week before your vacation begins, and let us know what day your last pickup before vacation will be. Thanks - have a great day!
