RTS has the WORST customer service EVER. They are in the business of taking your money, and not providing the services you paid for. Called me last week to say they would not be able to pick up our trash that week, BUT WOULD be able to pick up both weeks the next week on our NORMAL day. Ok, fine. I get that businesses are shorty handed. Fast forward to this week, trash DID NOT get picked up by dark so we loaded up, and took to our dumpster we have at the shop in town. Called them this morning, and said I wanted a credit next month for the two weeks of services that I did not get. She said that he was coming this morning. I said, too late, I already took care of my trash myself. I want credit. It WAS NOT picked up on my normal day as promised. She said very rudely that because I choose to take it myself, and didn't leave it for them to pick up God knows when, they aren't refunding me. I said I was going to call BBB, then she said well we will give you a credit "this time" but if you call complaining again we will not be giving you a credit, and will just have to discontinue your services. This is not the 1st time they've done this, they have also picked up a dumpster two weeks early that I paid for, and refused to refund me that money as well. As well as numerous other missed pick ups. Our call ended today with ME discontinuing my services. They obviously don't care about keeping business, and just want to take your money. They also have reviews turned off on their Facebook page probably because of this reason.

ZERO STARS - They show up whenever they want; it doesn't matter what day they're scheduled. If there's a holiday, they're NOT coming to pick up garbage that week at all - AND YOU STILL PAY. Calling with a question? You'll get YELLED AT. I called to ask why we didn't get garbage pickup one week because there was a holiday, and the lady on the phone literally interrupted me, yelled at me, and told me to take my garbage to the dump myself! Cool, cool. DO NOT use this service if you actually want your garbage picked up & you expect decency, professionalism & a basic level of customer service. If you want to burn your money, not get garbage picked up AND get treated extremely poorly, these are your guys.

The absolute worst waste management company. They continually leave trash cans in streets and driveways. When I confronted them about just throwing my trash can back on the sidewalk, the driver got in my face and cussed me out. I will be requesting our city find a different trash collector These people are terrible.
