They seem to tell their drivers to make every excuse not to pick stuff up. I basically have to put my trash in the middle of the street to make sure they actually take it. Their recycle truck often drives through the neighborhood like a maniac, and there have been numerous brush pickup Saturdays where their trucks are in such a hurry they miss my street entirely. They are not responsive to customer service complaints and have usually said, "They'll take it next time." Small comfort when you aren't sure if they'll even show up. I will be lobbying my municipality to look elsewhere.

Hate that they're a monopoly and we can't choose our waste service! I live in a house that's 2 small apartments. It is just me, and a single elderly woman downstairs. We both HAVE to pay for large trashcans. We might put a can out once a month with 2 small trash bags in it. They regularly throw the can down onto my flower bed or leave the can directly in the middle of my driveway, so I can't enter when I get home. Terrible company that has abusive business practices. Wish we had other options!

I have been over billed, never refunded, left messages for over 4 weeks without any response. WHY ? Very disrespectful, I am a business owner looking for the simply courtesy of a return phone call!

They have let me trash sit and accumulate for 2-3 weeks now. So when I call the lady said she’ll make a note for them to pick up double. They did not. They went through my trash and scattered it across the road.

I started service a few weeks ago and still didn’t get my can. They said they delivered it twice. But I have yet to receive one

Anything not picked up on your normal day will be collected by end of day Saturday. Please leave your waste and recycling curbside.
You have to check with your individual municipality. They make the decisions. Some have pennwaste take it as a large item some have a specific date to take them and others collect trees on their own. An artificial tree can always be placed out as a large item
