Yes,dogs are ok.

We bring dog but she is calm and creates no issues. So if he or she is not causing problems no issues, especially at top of smathers

I don't know. We did see officers on horses.

I would say no, didn't see one anywhere last week when we were there.

There are sings posted saying no animals allowed on the beach and there were cops patrolling when we were there a couple weeks ago.

As far as I can tell yes. We see dogs all the time.
