I sent a package to a friend that lives nearby this PO, unfortunately he wasn't home so couldn't sign for it. Can I authorize someone ELSE to pick it up? or does it have to be my friend only? Thx for reading

Just wanted to answer my own question in case someone else is in a similar situation... Only people 18+ or older can sign for it because it was addressed to my friend. So basically someone who is resides at that address can sign for it (as long as they are 18+ years old).
