I got a gel French manicure on Wednesday and by Saturday my thumb nail had already chipped. By Monday morning my other thumb nail had chipped too. I do not do anything that a normal gel manicure wouldn’t be able to handle. I’m very upset about this. Brio’s prices are high for the quality of work received. Other reviews I’ve read so they do not fix nails unless they charge you to fix them. I will not be coming back. Stay away.

Had a gel manicure and pedicure done and within the week my nails were all cracking and chipping. I think the products maybe watered down or something. My sister had the same issue and after reading some other reviews.. they aren’t willing to fix their mistakes without charging you. Gel manicures should last 2-3 weeks.. not 3 days. I only type on a computer.. so definitely not hard on my nails. Do better Brio.. especially since you’re prices are high!
