Nice place to celebrate. Lots of parking space. Garmin have problem with address. Please use Google map instead. Audotarium is big enough to host of large gathering. Separate space for food.

No toll road
It's a cultural center. And many events are organized in this center through out the year.
ICC doesn't host parties, but anyone can book ICC for new year's Eve and organize a party. Hope this is what you were looking for.
