Worst parking situation I’ve ever dealt with. It was bad before but now they’re cracking down which is great…however because I am on a lease by myself I am NOT ALLOWED to park my second vehicle on the premises. So I’m paying high rent, insurance on my cars and I can’t even park there. Garage?? Try at minimum $100/month+. Want to have a visitor? They have to park 2 football fields away. I can’t even offer them my spot to make it easy on them. Do not recommend anymore and I’ve been here for nearly two years.

The Website is misleading and the apt they show as the model is not what the units they have, only "some" units have been upgraded so make sure you ask what YOUR unit will look like before signing anything with this property. The staff is terrible, specially Jacqueline, she has no people skills and is so unprofessional. She was not able to answer anything in concrete and just had this face like she hates her job. They did not return our admin fee even after we asked if our unit was upgraded and they said yes but when we went to see it, we were told she did not think or know if our unit was upgraded like the unit she was literally showing us!! It is not the right way to do business and very shady too...the property itself is nothing like the pics online, Jacquline literally told us we have a tennis court but you have to bring your own net!! A complete joke...there is plenty of other properties for the same price in the area with a lot better amenities and better apartments with ALL the units available to what they show you. Stay away from this property!! Horrible experience overall.

Staff and maintenance were great. Always pleasant and helpful. The site manager Nancy was excellent. She always had time to talk to you even if it wasn’t regarding a problem. I will miss everyone that I had contact with during my stay. They all need to be recognized. I give credit to the site manager Nancy for her hard work.

My boyfriend has lived here for almost a year now with his roomates. I normally don't review, but this complex definitely needs some serious improvement in terms of parking. Currently, I believe giving it two stars is generous. As a visitor, finding parking that is close to their apartment is rare. If I don't arrive at certain times in the day, I can already expect to have to accomodate at least 15 minutes of my time to look for a spot. My boyfriend and I have also found out the hard way that if we happen to arrive later at night, the odds of finding parking for my car when we get back are based on pure luck. If I don't find a parking spot, my only choices are to leave or to contemplate waiting for however long it takes for someone to just so happen to leave a free spot, because it's been made clear to us that if we park on the side of road or even in front of the visitors' office overnight, my car WILL be getting towed before we know it. The complex has "attempted" on solving this problem by providing more blank spots; however, residents having to use these blanks for lack of parking for themselves is also a common ocurrence. If you like your loved ones to be able to visit without having to worry about the time they arrive and the whereabouts of their car, this is probably not the best place to consider.

Call the office I am sure they would be glad to answer all your questions.
These apartments are classified as low income housing and I've seen plenty of people with plenty of dogs 😊
