Amin Huque at Apple Sagemore 5 Star review. I called Apple phone support and spoke with Rob. He spent an hour or more trying to help me with a phone issue. When he realized he couldn’t help us any further he directed us to the nearest Apple Store for help. I phoned Sagemore and was able to get a appointment within a day. Upon arrival I explained my mom had a stroke and needed a seat. An Apple tech held the door while I walked her back to sit at the Genius Bar. Amin came over within a few minuets. I explained the situation. Early July my Dad passed away and seven weeks later my mom had a stroke. Mom had locked her phone and coukd remember very little information. He had patience and was able with a few questions to access her account. He allowed time for her to remember some information that helped him. It was important to not lose any photos in her phone since photos of my Dad were stored on her Apple iphone11. We were not aware she had everything in her icloud because she was unable to remember if she had it backed up. He was able to reset the phone and tell us he could retrieve photos from her icloud. He kindly removed to code to enter her phone so it is much easier for her to access it. She was very very happy. At 81 kindness and patience are so important. You have to call 1800Myapple it is Apple customer service they help you. It is a software issue you call them. If it is a hardware issue you go to the store 😊

I had to change my Mom's main email address and other info but didn't have her ID/ password. Went into Apple and the young man helped us right a way and showed me how he did it for future reference. In and out 20 mins
I took a friend's ipad there today. They were busy. I gave told them what I did to try to fix it which did not resolve it. An appointment was made, but it is not until tomorrow. Best to call and make one.
The apple app can be a great tool
Typically I suggest anyone having a connection issue or performance problem to remove the problematic device from the Bluetooth connection and then to reboot the device. After the reboot, reconnect the device. Works more often than not.
I do not work at Apple, sagemore. Has your wife changed her password? After she changes it does she give it to someone? I seriously doubt there's something Apple can do. But I'm sure one of their representatives can answer that question or give you some ideas on how to proceed.

You have to get online to make an appointment. I can tell you the few times I've been there , there always a big crowd. If you don't have an appointment, there's little chance you'll be helped.
