It was a nice apartment and staff was nice. However, the Hallways were very dirty, dead bugs everywhere, dog park was not well maintained, The walls were very thin, and dumpster was always full.

Too expensive. They don’t clean. The hallways of the apartments are disgusting, the green areas are full of garbage and dog waste that the dog owners don’t clean. The pool is disgusting with the messy and loud residents who live there, eating and drinking inside the pool. Garbage collection is not always pick up, even though they charge you for the service. In summary, there are better options to live in Clermont.

What does the price start at for a 1 bedroom apt. It's close to my sister at Kings Ridge which is closer to her. I have been in Leesburg when I moved here to be near my very sick son Unfortunately he has passed away and I want to be near sister.
