Some high schools offer it. Most of the C. N. A.'s I have worked with, including myself, have gotten the training through an A. T. C. (Such as the O. A. T. C. OR D. A. T. C.) The course itself is usually 3 months plus how ever long it takes them to do clinicals and pass the final exam.
