I am seeking a reciprocity license from the state of Utah. Having sent my packet and registration fees, I received email correspondence immediately. I also received a phone call from Wendy, following up on questions I had. Just another level of competency when you are looking to hire a nurse or their assistant! On task, and comprehensive timely information. Thank you so much, for your help. I look forward to my practice in Utah this spring! Sincerely, Ro Thompson

UNAR has been exceptionally accomodating in the testing process, especially during the pandemic. The teaching and testing materials are thorough and easy to understand. If Wendy Morehead could be given a star for every email I've exchanged with her seeking help and answers, they wouldn't all fit on a page! Many thanks, UNAR!

trying to get a hold of them to renew your license during covid is an actual joke.

I am a CNA instructor in California, with s student moving to Provo in the Fall. She will have had 60 plus hours of theory and 100 plus hours of clinical experience. What are your requirements for her to become a CNA in Utah?

She could become certified in Utah through the reciprocity process if she first becomes certified in CA. Information about reciprocity is available at utahcna.com. If she does not first become certified in CA she would have to attend a UNAR-approved CNA training program in Utah and pass the certification exams to certify.
