Sorry to say... Poorly stocked, hit or miss service, and long lines at checkout. Seems upper management is to blame, as most line associates seem to try.
James must work at this Lowes he could never be a customer at that place because from my experience that place don't know the meaning of customer service
Sorry for your experience i have never had a bad experience at lowes now home depot thats a different story. And worst is not spelled wrost
