They getting more unprofessional everyday! It’s ridiculous! The front desk staff, the ones who answers the phone! Just so unprofessional… having me on hold as I type this, over 10 minutes hearing the entire staff conversation…

Very unprofessional I had a appointment at 11am and I drop my card off. I waited 3 hours to get my card / had to call them . Waiting to get your card when you have an appointment already is really ridiculous/ there was 5 people that came after me and got theirs, but I had to wait so long.
DREAM VERSACE
The wait time was always crazy only one day was it kind of empty. Now you have to call to make an appointment pick up a form outside then I got lost after that. I think you get a card now and not the paper ones. It’s been a minuet but call… they’ll tell you better than me.
