Ran in to get a few things. Was troubled to see that they don't sell DuraCell batteries. Only seen Energizers & some other Ray... something. Thought that was really weird. But all in all it was a pleasant shopping experience.
The worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. How is this store still in business?

Because people need them to help repair their homes. Sure they don't answer their phone, and sometimes they don't have what they say that they would online. E-mail or write to the company and complain about the conditions and problems with that store. Or write a bad review !
This store sucks. The appliances don't work and when they are finally delivered you have to go through hell and high water for them to come get their defective product and bring what you paid for.

I agree and the Personnel customer service sucks
Never go Lowe's on 52nd & Jefferson Sts. The manager & his staff are a group of unprofessionals, everyone gives you the run around when you need assistance.
Good question. Maybe you should complain to corporate. They will let you know if the store is a franchise or one of theirs, and they will be glad to take your complaint. If you let it go then that will be the norm for that location.
