You are on your own when you go there..most of the workers don't know the products they always on their phone..supervisors are rude they need to be supervised themselves..its just strictly ghetto..please workers it's not about a pay check

Everytime I go there the greeter usually sends me in the right direction. Return policy sucks though

Well most of the time when I go I know exactly what I am getting so the only help I might need is directions to the isle it is in 😂😂.

Home Depot is better

I enjoy going to Lowe's. I had to return a security screen door. They were great. In return I had to purchase another door.

Customer service is a forgotten thing...now days...you're on your own!
