Literally have been coming here for 15 years. Buy in person and from holts online. Lost me as a customer today, 9/25/22 1:15. You should train you staff it’s not wise to talk down to customers. Was asked if I was looking for something, I was. I said I was looking for a full box of Tatuajes. Salesman said which one. I said well a couple if you have them. He insisted on which one. Salesman said well we have those out. He said “we aren’t hiding them” I said, “I didn’t think you were” and then he said “well if you want to just buy four you can one free” maybe because i was just wearing a t-shirt today. The. He says those are full boxes, pointing to half a dozen, I said yeah but those aren’t any I want. I also don’t appreciate the commentary of “that’s an ok cigar”. Tatuaje cabinet reserva, maybe you shouldn’t sell it if your sales guy thinks it’s such a lousy cigar. Never again Holts.

No fee I don't think it's wise to bring your own cigars Holt's has a massive selection of Cigars
Mr. Gonzales is asking for a place to smoke HIS OWN cigars. And in all the places suggested above you can't. They may or may not stop you but they all have rules against bringing one's own cigars to smoke. If you want to be a duff and do it anyway, then just hope they don't notice or don't want to make a scene. But if you do it repeatedly, you will be ejected.
