Does the Crooked Hill location still offer the fingerprint scan service? I am trying to obtain my Pa. Massage License and need to forward the prints to the FBI. THANKS

No they don't.

I don't believe so, however, if you need fingerprints taken you should call your local police department. They usually do it for free.
