Yes you can. There is a time frame which they allow showers but you would have ask then to know when.
I think you can I seem to remember people showering around lunch time when they opened it up to the public. However that was a very scary and hectic time of my life so I could be wrong. Best bet just give him a call and ask. Wish I could have been more helpful.
