Staff are great. But you should have regular visits and communication with your loved one. This also helps to communicate face to face with their nurse and CNA's. Hopefully you are local to be able to do this.

Communication and organization is terrible. At a time when you need some direction when placing a loved one in long term care or assisted living, they say all the right things but none come to fruition.

It's been since the 70's...
We are an apartment building do we do not accept Medicaid. Medicaid only pays for medical needs. Thank you
