I wish it were possible to give zero or negative ratings. Our home warranty company sent Best Heating and Cooling out to look at our unit. After 4 visits their techs from Best Heating and Cooling still haven't filed paperwork and in the process blew my electrical panel up. Every time I call to get a resolution or answer to what is going on the secretary tells me the owner isn't around or the technician is sick or in the hospital. Over 2 months with no resolution! If my AC wasn't covered under a warranty I would call anyone other than these guys. My father is an HVAC contractor and I have never seen an HVAC company so disorganized in unable to complete a task.

I had 4 companies in my home to provide me with an estimate. BEST was the only one that showed up on time. BEST was the only company that provided me with 3 different quotes based on efficiency. Garett who was my contact with BEST handled my rebates for me. He was very nice and understood we were not made of money. He even trimmed some bushes for me to make room for the new A/C. Best definitively lives up to its name! Honestly, never heard of this company until referred to install a furnace and water heater. Jim and Dave were great! Jim explained every process as he installed both. The work was very organized. They found an error with venting, and then corrected the problem. Both were very polite and professional. Got a new customer for any future problems with cooling, or electrical needs! Great job!
