Its first come first serve. Usually you only have to wait a day or two to get into a bed.

I believe the womens' dorm has 50 beds. They are metal bunkbeds all in one large dorm.

They will take you even if they dont have a bed at the time that you show up. If they dont have a bed then they will have you sleep in a chair in the day room until one becomes available
