Has anyone up here case ever been closed before and if so were they able to reopen your case they closed my case because of a duplicate application and i wanted to know if my caseworker can reopen it and fix it thanks

If you look at your letter closing your case, there should be an appeal address and timing for the appeal. On the website is an appeal form also. Your social worker should be able to answer your question I am sure.

You need to contact your worker or in Portsmouth, I'd advise you to go there in person and not leave until they provided you with all the information you need
