Spring and fall are usually the best time, but when we get lots of precipitation and the creeks above fill, the waterfalls will be flowing.

All four seasons are wonderful for photography in Hockinh. Springtime has the greatest waterflow, summer is beautiful with the foliage, autumn is my favorite with the blend of colors, and winter is just as beautiful with the snow. You can't go wrong, but I'd aim for fall. It's the most popular time to travel there so I'd plan months and months ahead.
