Yes, a couple of the trails have paved pathways that both could get down.
Ash Cave (lower trail) and Conkle's Hollow Nature Preserve (lower trail only) are both in the Hocking Hills park trail system and offer stroller/wheelchair access. As always, the upper trails have cliffs and certainly not recommened for children. https://www.thehockinghills.org/hiking.htm
