Yes they have a stray cat program. Not sure if there is a fee or not.
Try contacting ARF on Facebook or Peta. Ask them where to take them.
PETA would be of no help. They advocate killing stray cats. Melissa Nicely at the shelter can help I'm sure. They are a kill shelter though. Why not think about trap, spay, neuter, return. Sometimes more humane unless the cats are highly adoptable. black cats, tabbys, and plain cats have a low adoption rate. I manage our local shelter. See it all the time
