I believe it's not i just got my 4 month old puppy from there 2 weeks ago
They pull them and send them to rescues. They're a great shelter. I personally rescue and have dealt with them. The only animals EVER put down are either very sick and suffering or cannot be around society. They avoid it at all costs. They NEVER put down because theres no room. They send to rescues first.
