Sos/cat welfare has a great feral program. Count how many feral cats you have that can be fixed. Call cat welfare to get a voucher to have them fixed. You'll pay 10$ for the voucher then 10$ per cat to SOS for the cats to be fixed they will charge an extra 5$ if the animals have live fleas on them. And another 15$ if the cat is pregnant/nursing.
If there not your, my advice is to call the franklin county animal shelter. If your wanting to keep them, them SOS can fix them
