Does anyone else have issues getting ahold of this place? I’m getting really frustrated. I’ve tried calling and calling for going on 2 weeks now. I’ve left messages. I get no return calls and no one answers. It’s getting ridiculous.

I left a message and got a call back by the next day.

If you press 0 for additional questions, the line just disconnects.

Try emailing them. Worked for me.

They get hundreds of calls daily and work with a lot of volunteers as receptionist staff. It is hard to get in touch with them but they have fantastic reviews and appear to really care about the animals

I think i will stop in. I've also called and never got a call back after having a voicemail, it is very frustrating.

I've always been called back withing 12 hours. Are you leaveing a voicemail with your info and phone number? You can also walkin and ask them.
