You should try calling on a Thursday maybe
Call between 8 & 10 am m-f
I have generally gotten through, and they have been very helpful on the phone. But they are processing in new cats and dogs in the morning, and sending them home in the afternoon. Try calling around 10-11:30 or 1:30-2:30.
Just leave a voicemail and they will call you back. They can't answer the phone. It is crazy busy there. It is worth it, tho.
They are extremely busy. I had the same problem, I just kept leaving messages and they called back one day. It took about a week so don't give up. Keep leaving messages.
I had good fast response time through email correspondence.
We are a low-cost, high volume spay/neuter clinic, so we get over a hundred phone calls each day. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to answer each and every call, but if you leave us a message, we will get back to you. We are not a full-service vet, so if you have serious concerns about your pet's health, you should seek other vet care options.
Can I take my dog ββfor consultation without an appointment? Im really worried about her, I would like to treat her as soon as possible :(
This place is slammed with patients. They offer a service most places don't and have a lot of volunteers working here. It takes time to get to someone but their work is quality and they genuinely care about the animals
You have to leave a message and I promise you that they will return your call. It's because they mainly have volunteers. I've also emailed them left my number and they have called me.
They close at 3 today. Try again when they are open
