This office is affordable and friendly staff. They specialize in annual shots, neutering and basic maintenance for pets. They are able to keep costs down by this method.

Terrible customer service. Our vet did not send over proof of shots over to the clinic. I assumed this meant our two puppies could not continue with the neuter with no proof of vaccines. However, the woman at the front desk had us list off each shot they had and basically took our word for it. She was very rude to us and everyone in the clinic at the time. I understand it is early, but I believe they are overbooking and the environment was very confining, tense, and stressful. We ended up not getting our puppies neutered there as we were told they are too anxious. I believe this is more so a reflection on the environment of the clinic as they are very well-behaved and calm at our main vet. They are not used to confinement around their neck so the slip leash stressed out our first puppy. They gave us no time to say goodbye before being snatched away to the back. Customer service needs to be better at the front desk. We were told to reschedule once our puppies are put on anxiety meds; however, we will not be coming back.

I highly recommend Capital City Pet grooming especially if you have difficult to groom dogs. Erin is very patient with my dog and a very talented groomer. A little back story about my dog. I adopted Merry Jane from the humane society 3 years ago as a puppy mill survivor, she was six, very feral, and with a bite history. I tried to groom her myself but she was very reactive to scissors and clippers and I could never quite finish the job. Of course over time she began to get some matts. After 3 years she finally became tame enough for me to get her vet care and groomed. That's where Erin comes in. I called and asked if she would attempt to groom her and she said she would welcome the challenge and that is the reason she got into grooming. She did such a fabulous job with Merry Jane she is a new dog. She now lives the life of a dog ,no longer scared or feral, a normal dog in every way, she shed her past and put it all ibehndi her due to that first grooming. We have been back again and will be returning again in the future. Erin is Merry Jane's hero and she is mine too.

My cat Molly was here for her spay and we had no problems with her recovery. The lady at the front desk was very organized and down to the point so everyone was in and out of there, which I appreciated. I will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family
