Asked for a stool sample on my pet, paid the fee for it, got a call 6 hours later saying they cant tell me what is wrong with my dog because ''they haven't seen him in several years'' 1. Sent over the up to date vaccine records as of September 15th. 2. Was never told a ''full health check up and status'' was required to find out what was wrong with my dog. 3. Established that I was content with my current vet and only dropped this off because of the promised quick turn around and medicine for my ill pet- immediately was told I'd be getting refunded for my stool sample and goodbye. Fantastic service, clearly the front desk reviews are accurate with unprofessional and rude demeanor as of late. Sad to see.

Dr. Flores, Dr. Surman, Val, and Dr. Fagundo (wayyy back with her) have all been excellent to all of my buddies. I frequently speak with Jax and Jen at the front desk. Everyone always humors me with my super extra paranoia and endless questions. Everyone has been so kind in so many situations. Everyone has been flexible and accommodating for years and years even though I am a trash bag and never check my voicemail or wake up on time (I'm so sorry guys). I've gone to a few others when I lived in different parts of the 614 but always end up back here and always will. Thank y'all for taking such amazing care of all of us - love Beep, Noodles, Balloons, and all of the other ragamuffins that I've brought in over the years.
