I have had several bubble teas and this location had the least tasteful boba tea. I ordered the chai milk tea with regular boba. The bubbles were extremely gooey and felt like phlegm not bubbles. It felt like slime when sucked through the straw. I don't know what was done wrong. The chai tea also was not tasty at all. Service was great but product could have been better.

This was our first time ever trying milk tea, and it will be our last. We got chai with tapioca & matcha with strawberry and blueberry. I hated that they didn’t have the calories on the menu so I asked and she said they didn’t have the calculations for it so she couldn’t tell me the calories. Definitely overpriced too.

Everytime we go to Polaris this place is backed up with people. Ordered a green machine. It was basically ice and spinach. I have ordered these countless times at other locations, so I have a good reference. I complained and was told "the manager makes these...we just add ice." So, evidently even the manager doesn't know how to make the drinks. I asked for a refund...it took so long, i said nevermind. Slow, incompetent, and poorly managed.
