The carrier claim he or she didn't get access to deliver my item which I find strange because my gate don't have a lock I always order stuff and this never happen so I'm not sure if he or she went to right address or if he or she ever came to deliver

Most likely the delivery person went to the wrong address and didn't double check the details on the package
