Some of the small plates can suffice for a meal and others wouldn't be enough. The large plates range higher and are very filling. Your server can point out which are which. I think you could eat here for 25 to 50 per person depending on how much for you want and if you order drinks. I would go a step above jeans, personally.
I would say nice casual...doesn't need to be overly dressy. I was there in decent jeans and a button up shirt. I was dining alone on business and it was about $60 for dinner and a few beers. Great food. Waitstaff was attentive without being overbearing.
The prices vary but the average $15-18/ plate with some cheaper options and more expensive options, you need to reserve your seat ahead of time, it is a very nice restaurant so you mighy want to dress more formal and the concept is farm to table menu varies seasonally with only a few dishes that are on the menu year round like the Jim Bim Bop (one of my favorites). You can look at their menu on their website. My favorite dish I had there was lamb shank with sweet potato mash, it was melt in your mouth delicious!
