They would Not honor their own coupon. We spent over $30 and wanted to use the $5 coupon in their menu! We should have walked. My wife ordered lasagna after waiting for at least 15 minutes she says we’re out of lasagna? The food is definitely not to level as before these people took over management. It was a terrible experience so if that’s your idea of fun go there. And oh no toilet tissue in the mens room!

Good food, fast, but it was almost $15 for a 10" cheesesteak and a fountain soda. Clean tables and bathrooms, friendly service.

NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION. This was my first time ordering from Pat's. I decided to get something light so I ordered the super nachos/with steak. First off, when we open the lid on the container it didn't even look like nachos. It looked more like a casserole. There was one great big layer of steak and cheese on the top all meshed together. The nachos were under that and they had a smattering of tomatoes, jalapenos, olives and cheese. Most of the nachos I ever ordered were layered. Like they had a layer of meat a layer of cheese and a layer of other things. These were not made very well. But "the worst thing about it" was when we dug into them we found a NOODLE . It looked like some sort of macaroni noodle. That was a real turn-off. I am not sure if I will ever go back there again.

Hi. We wear masks and now there is dining at 50%. Patrons should wear masks when not actively eating and drinking. We follow all guidelines outlined by the governor.
Hello Hedy, Carlos is a cashier and server at our restaurant. He does not prepare any food nor does any preparation. As you can see in our open kitchen that all chefs are wearing hairnets, hats and gloves. The pizza chef does not wear gloves as pizza is not a ready to eat food. We do not have the pizza chef wearing gloves to prevent plastic/latex getting stuck to the dough. All our employees are trained on proper hand washing etiquette. They frequently wash their hands at a hand-washing sink during their shift. Thank You for your concern. We follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines set by the Department of Health here at Pat's.
No idea, need to check w them.
I think they deliver within a 10 mile radius.
