Yes they do have a lot of other dishes than just sushi. Just to add to what Brian said, they have an all you can eat, made fresh to order menu, but also have a full regular menu with appetizers, soups, and entrees that has a lot more choices of non-sushi dishes than the all you can eat menu.
Absolutely, a large selection of Asian food. You pay one price up front per person and then order everything you want from the menu. The only catch is they say they will charge you extra if you don't eat the majority of what you order. I've never actually seen them do that, but I think they put that there to help prevent people from going crazy and then wasting a bunch of food. Honestly if you're looking for modern Asian food and don't care about sushi, I think the quality of food is much better at somewhere like Roots, but overall it's not too bad there.
